Duncan Findlow finished our entire basement for us - approximately 1300 square feet. Duncan installed a four piece bathroom, bedroom, custom walk-in closet and two large recreation rooms. Duncan Findlow made three rooms in our basement in early 2007. His offer was clearly presented, with prices for materials and labour fully explained. Duncan's work is very high calibre: the wiring and fixtures work perfectly, the framing and drywall are plumb and smooth, the ceilings are flat, and Duncan cleaned up thoroughly before leaving each day. He answered all of our questions clearly, and made wonderful suggestions about what needed to be done. Duncan does excellent work at an excellent price -- We heartily recommend him to anyone.

In the Fall and Winter of 2003/04, we were privileged to have Duncan Findlow of Findlow Construction, come into our lives and finish the basement in our new home built by Monarch. He was recommended to us by our real estate agent, Len Powell, who had previously used Findlow Construction to finish his basement. During the summer and early fall of 2002, Duncan Findlow put an addition onto our house. The addition was a master bedroom and bathroom on the main floor off the back. Duncan did a fabulous job! He had great ideas about design and layout. He put all of his heart and strength (especially the day knocking down the wall) into this project. Every day he arrived ready to work and with a positive attitude. Duncan was a pleasure to have in our house and really became one of the family during this project. Duncan Findlow was recommended to us to help finish our basement in our brand new home. Our first meeting was to price and recommend options that would help us enjoy our lower level as much as our main level. Duncan listened to our suggestions and after a couple of additional meetings we agreed on the price, and what and when the job would be completed.
We were pleasantly surprised that his workmanship was excellent, his work ethic was top notch and his pricing was very competitive. Workmanship, re-design ceiling to cover ducts, etc, washroom installation, customized my work office, fabulous lounging area with all the proper wiring for entertainment purchases, cedar closets, and a look that we really wanted to have in our lower level. Work ethic, materials ordered and delivered as agreed, giving us all the financial information as the work progressed...no surprises.
